La Cinémathèque de Toulouse
The Cinémathèque de Toulouse works with all the national and international bodies involved in film conservation. Under the aegis of the CNC, it is in regular contact with the main institutions in France which are devoted to the safeguard of the memory of cinema: Archives françaises du Film, the Cinémathèque française, BIFI and the Institut Lumière of Lyon. It keeps films from many countries of the world, in particular a large collection of American burlesque movies, a collection of Russian and Soviet films, a collection of films on art, etc. However, its largest collection is its French films (around half of its total collection).
